Who can sign the Charter?

Any organization can sign the Charter if it declares its willingness to uphold the Charter's principles. This includes public-sector employers and other organizations, regardless of their size, industry or legal structure.

Small and medium-sized businesses in particular are welcome to reap the benefits of diversity. They do not have to establish a diversity management system like some large corporations; they simply have to encourage an open corporate culture in which diversity and respect are modeled and encouraged.
